- One-Time, Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $400 per Pet
- Monthly Pet Rent: $35 for one, $45 for two and $55 for three pets
- Breed restrictions apply; Restricted breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire, Staffordshire, Bull Terrier and any mixes of those breeds.
